Good morning and welcome to Music & Memories. 
 
This is Linda Sue, and I am the grief specialist at Patton-Schad Funeral Home. It is my pleasure to bring you this week’s program. This program is our way of reaching out to help families deal with those difficult days surrounding the death anniversary of a loved one. 
 
Happy Easter! After forty days of anticipation for the Easter celebration; today’s the day! If you celebrate the Easter holiday, you've walked the road with Jesus and his Mother Mary. Maybe your grief pain mirrors theirs. Whether you walked along the road with your loved one as they declined and died or you walked the road as Mother Mary, helplessly watching her son be crucified and dying. The pain of losing someone we love is real and should always be acknowledged. Jesus' resurrection displays to believers that there is life beyond death. Your loved one may physically be gone but their spirit is alive and well! Celebrate your loved ones this Easter by sharing the memories and telling the stories. Keep their legacy alive.
