Trudy Wiener

Trudy C. Wiener, age 54 of Sauk Centre, died unexpectedly Sunday, December 28, 2014 at her home in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 31 at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church in Sauk Centre with Rev. Greg Paffel officiating. Inurnment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Trudy Claire Wiener was born June 14, 1960 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota to Victor and Dorothy (Sunderman) Wiener. She was a 1979 graduate of Sauk Centre High School. A lifelong resident of Sauk Centre, she was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church.

Trudy enjoyed reading, going to the casino, and spending time with family, especially her granddaughter, Zoe.

Survivors include her son, Thomas Zirbes of Sauk Centre; granddaughter, Zoe Zirbes; parents, Victor and Dorothy "Dutch" Wiener of Sauk Centre; brothers and sisters, Cindy (Roger) Uhlenkamp of Villard, Rick (Elaine) Wiener of Apple Valley, Pam (Tim) Walker of Sun City, Arizona, Nona (Denny) Walter, Randy (Kim) Wiener, Jodie (Tim) Deschene, and Rob (Jo) Wiener, all of Sauk Centre; many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shaunia Zirbes on November 8, 2004.

Urn bearer will be Thomas Zirbes, cross bearer will be Kasey Wiener, and scripture bearer will be Rob Wiener.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
