Tom Proell

Thomas Rodger Proell, age 60 of Sauk Centre, passed away surrounded by his family Saturday, January 6th, 2018 at his home. There will be a private family memorial at a later date

Tom was born August 20, 1957 in the Long Prairie, Minnesota, to Rodger and Linda Proell. On May 29, 1981 he was married to Tammy Baughman. He worked at his father's auto body shop throughout high school. At the age of 26, he took over ownership of Rodger's Body Shop which he ran until 2016.

He loved hunting of all sorts. Just this past November, during rifle season, he brought home a 9 point buck which was mounted. His happy place was the property up north. He had a passion for blueberry picking, trail riding and just spending time in the woods. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, family and friends. He will never be forgotten and truly missed.

Tom is survived by his wife, Tammy of Sauk Centre ; son, James Proell of Sauk Centre, daughter, Linda (Jason) Clark of Kearney NE, son, Gary Proell of Sauk Centre, daughter, LeeAnn (Jeremy) Sunderman of Sauk Centre, 9 grandchildren and one on the way, and two sisters.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Rodger and Linda Proell.
