Pearl Theising

Pearl L. Theising, age 86 of Little Falls formerly of Grey Eagle died on Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at the Lutheran Care Center in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 15 at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Grey Eagle with Rev. Ron Tibbetts officiating. Interment will follow at the Moses Dane Cemetery in Burtrum.

Friends may call Monday one hour prior to the service at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Grey Eagle.

Pearl Theising was born on July 8, 1917 in Grey Eagle to Ullen and Rezina (Partlow) Johnston She was united in marriage to Joe Theising on November 10, 1933 in Park Rapids, Minnesota. She loved to sew and make quilts.

Survivors include her son, Phillip (Susan) Theising of Hibbing; brothers and sisters, Lee (Bunny) Johnston of Swanville; Fred (Sharon) Johnston of Rush City; Marlene (Tunny) Biggens of Cambridge; Joan (John) Havel of Rush City; Pauline (Rick) Anderson of Rush City; seven grandchildren, Nickel, Dena, Dothan, Cindy, Mark, Rebecca and Jennifer; eleven great-grandchildren.

Pearl was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Theising on July 14, 1984; sons, Donald and Dothan "Doc" Theising.

Serving as casket bearers will be Tommy Biggens, Timothy Scheele, Todd Johnston, Shannon Johnston, Nickel Theising and Dothan Theising.
Honorary bearers will be brothers and brother-in-laws.
