Michael J. “Mike” Beliveau, age 59 of Osakis, formerly of Henriette, Minnesota, passed away from lung cancer, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at his home in Osakis, Minnesota.
A service will be held at a later date.
Michael James Beliveau was born May 17, 1962, in Minneapolis to Charles Sr. and Elaine (Beliveau) Hallberg. On July 7, 1984, he married Michele “Missy” Larson in Minneapolis. The couple had two children before moving to Henriette where Mike worked for Metal Matic Inc. as a tube mill operator for 11 years. Mike and Missy moved their family to Braham, Minnesota where Mike began working for Braham Monument Company as a stone setter/sandblaster for 27 years. In 2019, they made their home in Osakis.
Mike enjoyed deer hunting and going to auctions. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife, Missy Beliveau of Osakis; son, Brandon Beliveau of Braham; daughter, Heather (Brandon) White of Braham; granddaughters, Isabella and Dakota White; mother, Elaine Hallberg; sisters, Treasa (Preston) Johnson and Barbara (Larry) Peterson; brother, Charles Hallberg Jr.; stepsister, Rose Hallberg; father-in-law, Ronald Larson; six brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his father, Charles Hallberg Sr.; mother-in-law, Rose Larson; and brother-in-law, Jeffrey Larson.
