Marvin M. "Tiny" Quistorff, age 66, of Sauk Centre, died surrounded by his family on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at CentraCare Health Hospital in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.
A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 11 at First Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre with Rev. Rebecca Thomas officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Marvin Martin Quistorff was born August 14, 1951 in Sauk Centre, Minnesota to Ira and Lucille (Pederson) Quistorff. Marvin farmed all his life and took over the family farm that he grew up on. He met Elizabeth Quirk in 1982. They got married in Sisseton, South Dakota on November 10, 2011. Over the years they went to the sales barn together during their farming career. Marvin enjoyed watching wrestling on TV, four-wheeling, collecting John Deere memorabilia, and playing cards with his dear friends.
Marvin was a member of First Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth "Liz" Quirk of Sauk Centre; sister and brother, Judy (Don) Wiegers of Sauk Centre and Michael (Bonnie) Quistorff of Sauk Centre; children, Jennifer (Travis) Klersy of Fridley, Lacey (Ted) Engen of East Bethel, and Kendra (Doug) Miller of Sauk Centre; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Lucille Quistorff; brothers and sisters, Marie, Joann, Vernon, Kenneth, and Melvin; and grandparents, Henry and Bertha Quistorff and Martin and Louise Pederson.
