Juletta Frericks

Juletta C. Frericks, age 93 of Melrose, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at the CentraCare Care Center in Melrose, Minnesota.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 29 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Melrose with Rev. Marvin Enneking officiating.  Inurnment will be held at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Juletta Catherine Eickhoff was born September 29, 1927 in St. Martin Township, Stearns County, Minnesota to Frank and Gertrude (Thull) Eickhoff.  She was united in marriage to Ambrose Frericks on October 29, 1946 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in New Munich and later divorced. Juletta enjoyed playing BINGO and loved taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Arlene (Clay) Bowman of Sauk Centre and Joe (Joyce) Frericks of Sauk Centre; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brother and sister, Al Eickhoff of Anoka and Regina (Archie) Meemken of Melrose.

Juletta was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Anthony Frericks and LeRoy Frericks; an infant daughter; several nieces and nephews; sisters and brothers, Marie Euteneuer, Lorraine (Benedict) Hoppe, Raymond (Clotilda) Eickhoff, Dorothy (Robert) Buerman, Norbert (Virginia) Eickhoff, Evelyn Eickhoff, Valerian Eickhoff, and Melvin (Norma) Eickhoff; sister-in-law, Marion Eickhoff.
