Hazel Domke Marshall, age 91 of St. Paul, died Friday, August 11, 2006 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 15 at Zion Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre. Rev. Steve Hayden will officiate with interment following in Greenwood Cemetery.
Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church in Sauk Centre.
Hazel Marshall was born June 6, 1915 in Raymond Township, Stearns County, Minnesota to Frank and Bertha (Judes) Domke. On June 3, 1936 she married Elwynn Marshall at Zion Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre. The couple resided most of their married life in St. Paul. Hazel enjoyed cooking, loved playing cards, especially 500 and was known for taking in stray cats. She was fun loving with a good sense of humor.
Survivors include two daughters, Lillian (Jack) Marshall-Granger of Howardwick, Texas and Elaine Marshall-Seubert of Glendora, California; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and seven great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elwynn Marshall; daughter, Myrna Grant; brothers, Arthur, Howard and Elmer Domke.
Serving as casket bearers will be Kevin Grant, Keith Schwartz, Kurt Seubert, Andy Engen, Russell and Fritz Domke.
