Gloria Jean M. Kramer age 83 of Long Prairie, Minnesota passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Alomere Health in Alexandria, Minnesota.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, February 24 at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre with Steven Wielenberg officiating. Inurnment will be at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Sauk Centre.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home in Sauk Centre.
Gloria Jean Maxine Crabbe was born November 26, 1941 in Fargo, North Dakota to Nelson and Doris (Paseka) Crabbe. In August of 1990, she married Frank Kramer at their home in Long Prairie. She worked at Electrolux in St. Cloud for many years until her retirement.
Gloria enjoyed going to garage sales, eating chicken at Diamond Point on Wednesday nights, gardening, and going for walks.
Gloria was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Sauk Centre and the VFW Auxiliary.
Survivors include children, Tammy Lynn (Dennis) Fischer of Florida, Pollyanne (James) Lombardi of Long Prairie, Gary Kramer (Karen) of Long Prairie, Scott (Tammy) Kramer of Waite Park, and Kimberly (Andrew) Sandy of Eagle Bend; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters and brother, Connie (Ray) Steiger, Mary Jo (Gene) Grussing, Mimi (Bob) Weijland, and Terry Palmer; and nephew, Ray (Vickie) Bingham.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank “Frankie” Kramer; son, Burton “Buck” Hittle, Jr.; infant son, Wade; infant daughter, Roxanne; sisters, Dixie (Ray Sr.) Bingham and Georgia Heupel; and brothers, Donny and Larry Crabbe.
