Easton Chalich

Easton D. Chalich, 4-month old son of Jeff Chalich and Heidi Kulzer of Sauk Centre, died peacefully in his parent's arms Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis from complications of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 10 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sauk Centre. The Rev. Todd Schneider will officiate with interment following in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre. Parish prayers will be held at 6 p.m. followed by Christian Mothers and Knights of Columbus rosary at 7 p.m.

Easton was born November 4, 2006 in Alexandria, Minnesota to Jeffrey Chalich and Heidi Kulzer.

Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Mike and Peggy Chalich, Jerry and Tina Kulzer of Sauk Centre; great-grandparents, Norb and Mickey Wessel, Allen Kulzer of Sauk Centre, Dick and Joyce Sawvel, and Lucille Chalich of Remer; great-great-grandmother, Pauline Sawvel of Osakis; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Serving as casket bearers will be Justin Messer and Amanda Toavs. Cross bearer will be Jena Marthaler and scripture bearer will be Shawn Kulzer.
