Deloris Johnson

Deloris F. "Lori" Johnson, age 95 of Sauk Centre, died Friday, May 3, 2013 at the CentraCare Nursing Home in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 10 in the lower level of the CentraCare Nursing Home in Sauk Centre with Rev. Andrew Marthaler officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Sauk Centre.

Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday in the lower level of the CentraCare Nursing Home in Sauk Centre.

Deloris Frances Johnson was born November 2, 1917 in West Union, Minnesota to Ole and Christina (Radnisk) Johnson. Lori lived with her sister, Vera for over 60 years and also lived with Kevin and Marlene Gwost from 1991 through 2004. She moved into St. Michael's Nursing Home in Sauk Centre in 2004. She was a homemaker and caretaker who enjoyed music, visiting with her relatives and friends, playing BINGO, and coloring. Lori loved animals, especially Daisy.

She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sauk Centre.

Survivors include her nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ted Johnson, Art Johnson, Romaine Johnson, and Clarence Johnson; and sisters, Evelyn Spillman and Vera Gettel.

Serving as casket bearers will be Harland Hector, Jr., Lawrence Gwost, Rick Tabatt, Jerry Tabatt, David Tabatt, and Mike Tabatt.
