Carol A. Cote, age 64 of St. Cloud, died Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minnesota.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 8 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sauk Centre. Rev. Todd Schneider will officiate with interment following in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 8 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre. Parish prayers will be held at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Carol Cote was born May 10, 1942 in Bottineau, North Dakota to Harold and Leah (Hemmerling) Felt. On December 26, 1960 she married Antonio "Tony" Cote in Westope, North Dakota. The couple resided in Williston, North Dakota before moving to Sebeka, Minnesota. In 1978 they moved to Brainerd and since 1987 they had resided in St. Cloud. She had been employed by K-Mart for six years and for the past fifteen years she had worked at Crafts Direct in Waite Park.Carol enjoyed reading, quilting, knitting and crocheting and playing cards.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Cote of St. Cloud, three children, Debbie (Tom) Anderson of Sauk Centre, Richard (Phaedra) Cote of Spokane, Washington, and Doran (Marie) Cote of Plymouth; six grandchildren; mother, Leah Felt of Fargo, North Dakota; sister, Kathy (Lawrence) Prashek of West Fargo, North Dakota and Virgil (Cathy) Felt of Redwood Falls.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Felt; son, Dean Cote on May 13, 1997; and brother, Jerome Felt.

Serving as casket bearers will be Michael and Jeffrey Felt, Jocelyn Audet, Nicholas Prashek, Scott Ellingson, and Michael Haberman. Cross bearer will be Stephanie Anderson and scripture bearer will be Benjamin Cote. Honorary bearers will be her grandchildren, Stephanie Anderson, Benjamin, Aaron, Daniel, Tabor, and Hayden Cote.
