Cameron Tschida

Cameron C. Tschida, age 17 of Grey Eagle, died Friday, February 6, 2009 at his home in Grey Eagle, Minnesota.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 10 at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church in Melrose with Rev. Steve Hayden officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Melrose and from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Cameron Tschida was born on December 30, 1991 in St. Cloud to Jeff and Janell (Hoppe) Tschida. He attended high school at Upsala High School. He was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church in Melrose. Cameron loved all outdoor activities including football, fishing, hunting, snow boarding, skateboarding, and wake boarding.

Survivors include his father, Jeff Tschida of Grey Eagle; mother, Janell Tschida of Sauk Rapids; sister, Jenessa Tschida; step-mother, Charlene; and special friend, Dan Anderson; step-sisters, Ashley and Samantha Bruemmer, and Danyelle Anderson; step-brother, William Bruemmer; grandparents, Barbara (Dennis) Riedel, Donna Mae Tschida, and Clyde (Darlene) Engle; many loving relatives and friends.

Cameron was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Carl Hoppe and Virgil Tschida; and uncle, Gerald Tschida.

Serving as casket bearers will be Brandon Tschida, Erick Tschida, Cody Plumski, Ross Jurek, Donny Tschida, and Bill Engel.
