Bruce Murphy

Bruce Donald Murphy, 57, passed away on August 5, 2024, in St. Cloud, MN. 

Born on December 14, 1966, in St. Paul, MN, Bruce was known for his love of driving, adeptly handling everything from heavy equipment to 18-wheelers throughout his career with various over-the-road companies. Most recently, he worked for Tongen Construction. Bruce's stories of his adventures on the road were beloved by many, but his favorite stories to tell were about his pride and joy his daughter, Micayla. 

Bruce is survived by his cherished daughter, Micayla; his mother, Margaret; his brothers, Donald and Andrew; and his sister, Brenda, along with her husband, Mike, and their children. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Don.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Legion in Montevideo on September 14th from 3-6 PM. Attendees are invited to share stories of Bruce and his many adventures, honoring a life richly lived and fondly remembered.
