Atticus Zayden

Atticus Vahn Zayden, 3 month old infant son of Heath (Kunkel) and Elizabeth (Dahle) Zayden of St. Cloud, died unexpectedly on Monday, July 27, 2009 at his home in St. Cloud.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 31 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Freeport with Rev. Roger Klassen, O.S.B. officiating. Inurnment will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call 1 hour prior to the mass at the church in Freeport.

Survivors include his parents, Heath and Elizabeth Zayden of St. Cloud; grandparents, Charles Kunkel, Teri (fiancé, Thomas Niezgocki) Kunkel, Dave and Cae Dahle, and Mark Bennett; uncles and aunts, Louis (Sarah) Kunkel, Kayla Kunkel, Corbin Bennett, Sam Bennett, Nic Bennett, and Raechel Dahle; cousins, Preston Kunkel and Jaemes Dahle; great-grandparents, Carole Peterson, Roseanne (Ray) Stoermann, and Joseph Evans; great-great grandparents, Harold and Pearl Marquardt; and many other loving relatives.

Atticus was preceded in death by his uncle, Jason Kunkel; great-grandmothers, LaVerne Evans and Alice Vick; great-grandfathers, Jerry Kunkel, Dale Peterson, and Gary Dahle; great-uncle, Scott Britton, and great-aunt, Vicki (Britton) Little.
