Arlene Haroldson

Arlene Margaret Haroldson was born on May 27th, 1929. She entered Heaven's gates on May 15th, 2017, called home to be with the Lord, and reuniting with her beloved husband/teammate William E. Haroldson (Ol' Bill). Arlene had a heart of gold, always a smile on her face, and a kind word or hug for everyone. Arlene loved spending time with her family, relatives, neighbors, and friends. She enjoyed baking, and was famous for her ginger snaps as she would share them with everyone. She also had a passion for fishing and gardening, and she shared the bountiful harvests with all her family and friends. Both Arlene & Bill were very active members of First Lutheran Church in Sauk Centre, and they both loved to serve the Lord by humbly giving back to others in generous, kind and caring ways. She was a Sunday school teacher for many years, and also cooked, baked and delivered meals to the homebound. She loved her church family, Pastors, and church staff and appreciated all their support. Arlene is survived by her three children; sons Bill Haroldson Jr, Rick Haroldson and (Cindy), daughter Debbie Haroldson, granddaughters Cassie & Vickie, and great granddaughters Lily and Daisy. She is also survived by her brother Fred (Buddy) Ebert, and sister Donna Peters. Per Arlene's request there will only be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, Arlene's wishes are donations to your local food shelf or charity. Rest in His perfect peace Mom, you are missed and loved by so many.
